Holy Rock of Liucioniai

In 19^th century, Rock of Liucioniai was one of pilgrimage places leading to the Gate of Dawn. It was believed that the spring in the rock heals diseased eyes. In the 19^th century, above the rock, there stood a cross; this was memorialized by K. Tyszkiewicz during an expedition. Inside the rock, people left rosaries, portraits of holy persons and burned candles.
